La spedizione è GRATUITA al check out ed avrai la possibilità di ricevere il tuo pacco in un tempo stimato di circa 6-8 giorni lavorativi, senza alcun pagamento aggiuntivo alla consegna o spesa doganale, selezionando invece la spedizione express al costo di 4.99 il tuo pacco arriverà entro 48h circa , si ricorda che gl'ordini sono elaborati dal LUN al VEN questo potrebbe comportare leggeri ritardi per gl'ordini fatti durante il fine settimana, tutto lo staff di Amàlàpegnolo Store cercherà di garantire comunque una consegna veloce al cliente finale.

Questa tempistica è importante per permettere il corretto svolgimento di tutti i processi volti a garantire la consegna di un prodotto integro e con materiali riciclabili, così da rendere l'impatto negativo delle nostre confezioni sull'ambiente nullo.

L'evasione dell'ordine avviene dal lunedì al venerdì, pertanto, gl'ordini effettuati nel fine settimana 

Informativa sui rimborsi

Reso articoli danneggiati o non conformi a descrizione

La nostra politica di rimborso è valida per 15 giorni. Se sono trascorsi oltre 15 giorni dal tuo acquisto, purtroppo non possiamo offrirti un rimborso o uno scambio. Per avere diritto a un reso, il tuo articolo deve essere inutilizzato e nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto. Deve anche essere nella confezione originale. 

Rimborsi (se applicabile)

Una volta ricevuto e ispezionato il reso, ti invieremo un'email per comunicarti che abbiamo ricevuto l'articolo restituito. Ti informeremo anche dell'approvazione o del rifiuto del rimborso. Se approvato, il rimborso verrà elaborato e l'ammontare speso verrà automaticamente accreditato sulla tua carta di credito o al metodo di pagamento originale, entro un determinato numero di giorni.

Rimborsi tardivi o mancanti (se applicabile)

Se non hai ancora ricevuto un rimborso, controlla di nuovo il tuo conto bancario. Quindi contatta la società della carta di credito, potrebbe essere necessario del tempo prima che il rimborso venga registrato ufficialmente. Quindi contatta la tua banca. Sarai responsabile del pagamento delle tue spese di spedizione per la restituzione del tuo articolo. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili.

By selecting instead the express shipping at a cost of 4.99 your package will arrive within approximately 48h, please note that orders are processed from MON to FRI this could lead to slight delays for orders placed during the weekend, all the Amàlàpegnolo Store staff will try to ensure fast delivery to the final customer in any case.

This timing is important to allow the correct execution of all the processes aimed at guaranteeing the delivery of an intact product and with recyclable materials, so as to make the negative impact of our packaging on the environment zero.

Order fulfillment takes place from Monday to Friday, therefore, orders placed over the weekend

 Refund Policy

Return of damaged items or items that do not match the description

Our refund policy is valid for 15 days. If it has been more than 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
